I'm a proud Aunt KAK!!!

by next february i will have 3 new neices or nephews! my best friends will be having their babies just a week apart! it's so exciting. oh, and sarah will have her baby before the new year so i will have a neice by nov. or dec. can't wait, another little girl! wwe found out that antoinette is farther along than stephanie, but steph thinks that she is farther along than they told her. we get to find out in a month or so. good luck! i am so excited, and so glad that it isn't me haivng a baby!

this is a poem that a good friend of mine wrote while we were in highschool.

 

Scars

Hushed are the words,

hidden from eyes

Wounds that never heal,

tears that never dry

These invisible chains we bear,

keep us from taking flight

Tied down are our unseen wings,

by the demons we fight

Others who soar and never worn chains,

brew envy in those earthbound,

all companions with pain

"Are we better people for this?"

is the question on their tongue

Or are they taking the bondage with a smile?

i have drawn a blank all of a sudden, i had so many things running through my head, then when i wanted to start typing i just found myself staring at the damn screen. i had a great weekend so what is wrong with me now? i just feel like blah. it's probably because i am terribly tired and should get some fluids in me. i don't even really want to be doing this right now. i need something, so i keep searching for that something to fill the void. the story of my life...
